Maximilian Schmidt is now the third generation at the helm in this historical building. He proposes modern cuisine with Scandinavian and Asian influences in a pleasant and informal atmosphere. The focus is squarely on the fine dining set menu. At lunchtime there is a simpler menu. Good accommodation is also available.
