Choose between the modern-influenced à la carte, which includes a section dedicated to time-honoured recipes, and appetising tasting menus featuring the unmissable Fabada de Prendes bean stew and the famous rice dessert, “crema de arroz con leche requemada”. Marcos Morán’s strong connection to the roots of this area has not stopped him expanding further afield, as he now also manages Spanish-inspired restaurants in both London and Brussels.
