Chef Naoëlle d’Hainaut chose a small side- street at the foot of the pretty church in the centre of Pontoise to open her first restaurant. The result is an elegant Scandinavian-inspired interior featuring bright colours, a glass-fronted wine cellar and open-view kitchen serving flavoursome dishes in keeping with the times. The delicious offerings here include a meaty, slow-cooked fillet of cod served on a lentil caviar with a lightly creamy mushroom sauce. Every dish showcases the same technical skill, harmony of flavours and refreshing honesty, accompanied by well-honed, relaxed and professional service from a young and efficient team.
