Originally from the south of Tuscany, cooking enthusiast Fabien Zannier decided to change careers with a view to paying homage to the flavours that marked his childhood. And so it was that this little Italian restaurant that packs a tasty punch came into being. Fresh organic produce goes into original antipasti, set menus for sharing (based on themes such as seafood or truffles); the cellar is stocked with great Italian wines – buonissimo!
