A restaurant with a minimalist feel run by two young chefs (cousins) who have given fresh impetus to the culinary scene in Ourense. Their focus is on attractive set menus (8, 10 or 13 courses) featuring dishes which showcase “local roots” and which have been brought right up to date while still retaining subtle memories of their childhood.
