Owner-chef Hirotaka Uzaki bills his establishment as a ‘teppan bistro’ that defies genres. Using fresh ingredients, he combines French techniques with teppanyaki. Here the signature dish is the ‘Cabbage Steak’ drizzled with gorgonzola cheese and white dashi sauce on the aromatic grill marks. In true Osaka style, Uzaki also serves okonomiyaki and yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). His distinctive blend of Japanese and French gastronomy is a must-try.
