Inside the Hermitage Hotel in Monte Carlo is a legendary restaurant that is beginning a new chapter on Yannick Alléno's watch. The terrace has been entirely revamped into a Mediterranean garden with citrus fruits, olive trees and jasmine – in keeping with the chef's cuisine, which is uninhibited and joyfully rooted in local produce.
