This handsome hall (18C) built entirely out of wood was where the clothes worn during the grape harvest were washed. The menu is traditional: marinade of trout, sea bream a la plancha, rib of beef and béarnaise sauce, Bordeaux canelés. A treat for the eyes and the palate.
