Chef Nicolas Guilloton worked at some fine restaurants as well as the French embassies in London and Bamako, before leaving that world behind and opening this refined Atelier. Food remains an important matter here! In an interior fitted out in the style of a mini-loft and with a fine coffered ceiling and exposed stonework, the chef creates lovely dishes: colourful, full of flavour and decidedly modern. There is now a single surprise menu at lunchtime, and dinner in the guise of three, four or six dishes.
