The coast of southwest India provides the kitchen with most of its influences and the menu is full of vibrant, exciting dishes, including original creations from the tandoor, mouth-watering curries and satisfying biryani's – all of which arrive in generous portions. However, the undoubted star of the show is a version of the dish made famous by the original Trishna in Mumbai: brown crab, in this case from Dorset, with lots of butter and a kick of red chilli; it is so wondrously rich you’ll be licking your lips for days afterwards.
