Japanese Chef-Owner Angelo Sato is something of a perfectionist, which is evident at this modern, upbeat izakaya with a luxury 18-seater counter. The multi-course tasting menu is a theatrical affair, which showcases precisely crafted dishes with clever flavour and temperature combinations; 'The Humble Chicken – Shokuji' is a real highlight.
