Description
Caudalie, a pared-back fine dining establishment, is perfectly at home in the hip Le Carré neighbourhood of Liège. Chef Simon and Manon, in charge of the front-of-house, share a passion for outstanding ingredients and wine. His technical virtuosity and attention to detail shine through as much in the craftsmanship as in the plating. For example, he might add a characterful Thai stock, sesame oil and a combination of onion and mushroom textures to flawlessly fresh rainbow trout. We recommend the monthly changing menu that hits the spot every time, to the delight of its many regulars.
