Description
Le 1862, the main restaurant of the hotel Les Glycines, has an enticing agenda in store for you: the original, vibrant dishes are impeccably cooked and made with top-notch ingredients, including vegetables from the kitchen garden. At this former coaching inn, located between the train station and the River Vézère, they serve market cuisine with subtle harmonies of flavours, as well as very accomplished sauces. The chef elevates the finest of ingredients from the local area – pigeon, foie gras, Sarlat Tomme and vegetables – and diners get to sample it all in an elegant contemporary space that gives onto the terrace-loggia overlooking the park. Impeccable service and good wine advice.
