The Michelin Guide's review
After living abroad for 10-plus years, the chef opened a pop-up kitchen at Yancheng Market to much acclaim. In memory of his childhood friends, he opened Marc L³ in 2021 to serve fine dining food in a relaxed atmosphere. His 8-course menu comprises modern, Western dishes made with local seasonable produce, weaving layered flavours with his witty descriptions. The soundtrack of English and Taiwanese oldies contrasts with the contemporary décor.
