Description

Muhsin Ertürk draws inspiration from, and puts a new spin on, recipes from Anatolian tradition, and has a penchant for regional produce. For instance, you can enjoy wonderfully creamy hummus, as well as prawns marinated in ginger then fried in garlic butter and served with creamy risotto, strands of soft cuttlefish and an aromatic clam broth. A creative blend of old and new!
