Originally a run-down shop in a squatter village, it moved to this airy and bright location in 2000. But one thing never changed – the food is as delicious and affordably priced as ever. The signature Dan Dan noodles come in two versions: a meat one with ground pork and a traditional one without, plus a spicy or mild broth to choose from. Shuizhu mandarin fish packs numbing heat and the portion size is big enough for a few to share.
