Description
An addition to SOHO’s bustling dining scene in 2022, Plaa is helmed by an experienced Hong Kong chef and supervised by a Thai consultant. It only opens for dinner and its set menu features more than ten refined Thai dishes underpinned by French techniques. Ingredients are sourced from all over Thailand and the menu changes according to the season, though is typically seafood-heavy. Patient and detailed service adds to its overall charm.
