Fronted by a lovely terrace that is very popular in good weather, this bistro occupies the site of the old village bakery with its fine stone wood-fired oven – a good sign. The chef prepares dishes that abound with the flavours of the South of France, putting together a concise menu that makes the most of market-fresh ingredients. The wine list is impressive – we are in Gigondas, after all!
