Since September 2022, Timo Plenter and Ina Stuke have been running this traditional restaurant in the centre of town and are completely committed to sustainability. The chef cooks honest flavoursome food, sourcing seasonal ingredients from the region and favours local suppliers. You can choose between a three to five-course menu (also vegetarian) and the 7-course "Signature Dish" menu. The interior decor marries modern and rustic elements.
