The name of this modern bistro just outside the centre is an abbreviation of the Italian phrase “buon appetito!” – a promise which won’t disappoint! The inviting menu allows you to choose from a selection of cured hams and cheeses, traditional Romagna meat and fish dishes (including the inevitable hand-made rolled pastas), and different cuts of meat cooked over the grill. Meanwhile, the daily specials, listed on a different menu, are prepared with whatever seasonal produce is available at the market. The wine list showcases local labels and also includes a good choice of spirits.
