There are just a few tables in this excellent restaurant, which takes its name from its owner - chef. Opened in 2016 on the site of a renowned local restaurant, it serves modern and occasionally creative cuisine with strong links to typical regional specialities, such as eel and pasticcio ferrarese (a baked pasta dish).
