After working in Cologne's Himmel und Äd and Résidence in Essen, Eric Werner has been a great addition to the fine dining scene in this cathedral city since he opened his own small restaurant here in August 2019. Prepared in a semi-open kitchen, the cooking is modern and creative. The set menus "Schunkele" and "Bützchen" (vegetarian) harmoniously bring strong flavours and lovely spiciness to the plate.
