In the Guibet family, the reins of this former hunting lodge (1886) have been passed from the father to son Guillaume. His seasonal cooking is creative and astute, sometimes clearly focused on Asia (not surprising, since he worked at Kei in Paris), and always convincing. The same dynamism is apparent in the decoration, with elegant wood, leather and metal fittings.
