Description
The town’s former fire station is now home to a restaurant which provides an experience of two parts. You start in the bright restaurant, where you dine from a 5 course tasting menu made up of modern dishes which keep local produce to the fore – and this is accompanied by an interesting alcoholic drinks flight which also includes cocktails. After dessert, you head through to the dark, moody lounge for the second part of your night: a coffee and time spent over a relaxing post-meal drink. The team really do run the place with genuine warmth.
