The Viola family has been running the Hostaria since 1909, skilfully bringing local gastronomic traditions back to life in the typical vaulted dining room, much to the delight of their guests. Traditional specialities showcased on the menu include delicious cured hams, fresh homemade pasta, guinea fowl, cotechino spiced pork sausage, and in season, the inevitable squash. Seasonal, regional cuisine which is full of flavour.- MICHELIN guide inspectors
