Description
Queen Victoria made this area fashionable when she bought Balmoral, and this quirky hotel dining room is certainly upholding its reputation, with Murano chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and a huge stag overseeing proceedings. Original, modern dishes use Scottish ingredients from the surrounding estates, and the wood fire adds a gentle, smoky flavour to the dishes.
