A house dating to 1900 under the leadership of Michelin - starred chef Georges Blanc. The decor evokes a luxurious brasserie, enhanced by a fresco to the glory of the Blanc dynasty. The regional repertoire dominates the menu: AOP Bresse chicken with cream just like "la Mère Blanc" used to make it.
