Sebastian Frank has his very own style: clean and pared down, it allows high-quality ingredients (often vegetables) to take centre stage. He concentrates on a few ingredients, which he combines in dishes full of flavour, harmony and intensity. Lovely wines from the wine-growing regions of the former Austro-Hungarian Empire.
