Bernd Schützelhofer is well known for his work in the kitchens of Kronenstübli, in Pontresina, and Paul's, in Widnau. Since late 2020, the Vorarlberg-born chef has been managing this inn steeped in history. Here, diners feast on a truly typical and unpretentious take on classic cuisine; focused entirely on flavour, it is prepared using excellent produce. The chef-patron's style, cultivated over the years, is distinctive and expressive. Friendly hostess Jackie Pedregal, Bernd Schützelhofer's partner, is also on hand front of house. This smart establishment is elegantly done out in a chic and modern style, and boasts a lovely terrace in summer.
