After a short but intense period working in Florence, Peter Brunel has returned to his beloved Trentino to open his own eponymous restaurant near Lake Garda. In a bright dining room decorated in contemporary style, where many of the details have been designed by the chef himself, Brunel serves dishes which not only showcase the traditions and top-quality ingredients of Italy but also represent his own professional journey and travel overseas, with a particular emphasis on Japan. Business partner Christian Rainer, a wine expert with a ready smile, provides support front of house.
