Description
This old clipper moored in the canal has been converted into an elegant and intimate restaurant with a terrace on the deck where you can while away the hours. De Saffraan really is an exceptional restaurant with great service provided by charming waitstaff. Chef van Wechem has a penchant for punchy flavours and innovative techniques, handling top-notch ingredients with finesse. For instance, he elevates fried turbot with a wonderfully robust beach crab jus and adds coconut for depth. This place has real personality!
