The Old Cable Historic House is a Designated Milestone Heritage Site tracing its origins to The First Transatlantic Telegraph Cable from Ireland to the USA in 1866. A halfway stopping point on the Ring of Kerry, the guest house is 5-minutes’ walk from Waterville beach.
