Description
This hostel is 30 minutes’ drive from the popular Sälen Ski Resort and a 10-minute journey from the slopes of Stöten. It offers free Wi-Fi, parking and ski storage.
STF Vandrarhem Sälen offers fresh, comfortable guest rooms, as well as dormitory rooms. Shared toilets and showers are located in the hall. A communal kitchen is also available for guests' use.
In winter, guests with cars can rent parking heaters. Snowmobile and cross-country ski trails are found close to STF Sälen. Summer activities include mountain biking, canoeing and trout fishing on the River Görälven.
Fulufjället National Park is an hour’s drive from the hostel. It is home to Sweden’s largest waterfall, the 93-yard high Njupeskär, and the country’s oldest trees, which are 9500 years old.
