Offering 5 ground floor guest rooms, Palm Beach Guest House is a family-owned beach themed retreat and is only 1640 feet from Palm Beach and Rockingham Beach. Each room at Palm Beach Guest House has its own reverse cycle air-conditioning unit, fridge, free WIFI and Smart TV which includes full access to Netflix. Ironing facilities are also provided in each room. The property also features an Open-Plan Communal Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, full sized fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and large screen Smart TV. Complimentary use of a gas BBQ is available for our guests use. We have recently renovated the bedrooms, including private bathrooms. And have completely redesigned and renovated our Open-Plan Guest Kitchen/Dining/Lounge which leads to an enclosed, landscaped garden and a cool shady patio area. All five rooms are on the ground floor level. Three rooms have their own Private Entrances. Two rooms have in-room Kitchen Facilities. Our redesign enables us to offer self-contained studio apartments and adjoining rooms within the house. Please feel free to inquire about the type and availability of the apartment/adjoining room concept. We are happy to provide suggestions for your requirements in choosing the type of room/apartment that would suit your needs. Enjoy a walk along the nearby foreshore strip to experience casual or fine dining at many of the award winning restaurants, cafes, wine bars and pubs, or you may wish to make use of the free communal BBQ facilities located in the picturesque parks along the coastline.
