In addition to our solar farm, onsite vegetable garden, bee farm and other waste reduction initiatives, we are planting trees to future proof our region. The Trees for Bees program aims to support local bee life and help to positively negate the impact of our events. The paddock to plate experience is central to every menu at voco Kirkton Park, including the signature cocktail list, which includes produce from the estate’s veggie garden and highlights the flavors of local distilleries. Throughout the hotel menus, you will notice a signature chili salt developed by our chefs to utilize unique onsite ingredients including roses, rosemary and chilies.
