Designed by Witkiewicz, this superb villa (1896) houses a fine museum telling the story of Zakopane in the 20C, from an ethnographic but above all an artistic point of view. All kinds of documents provide an insight into the resort's early days. We also discover various works in which the traditional motif of the fleur-de-lis, iconography and locally made lace are often used, as well as portraits by the Nonconformist artist Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz (1885-1939).
