Erdmannsdorff built the castle at the end of the 18C and gave it a neo-Classical layout. The two-storey yellow and white plastered building stands out boldly from the surrounding vegetation. The original interior and artistic decoration have survived virtually intact. The elegant dining room and the great banqueting hall with its coffered ceiling covered with frescoes are particularly beautiful. The library, richly hung with old paintings, also retains the attention.
