  The Michelin Guide's review
This residence was completed in 1725 by René Godefroy de Tonnancour, seigneur of Pointe-du-Lac, and rebuilt by Judge Pierre-Louis Deschenaux in 1795 after a fire. The manor house went on to serve as an officers' barracks, a presbytery and a school. It has been restored and now houses an art gallery. Note the unusual style of the pitched roof, which reveals a Loyalist influence. The foundations and walls are original.
