Built on the upper reaches of Scottsdale, Taliesin is located on a unique site selected by Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959) to illustrate his organic architectural philosophy. It represents a dramatic example of his talent for linking indoor and outdoor areas by terraces, gardens and paths. Inside the visitor is greeted by spacious areas and made-to-measure furniture. Today, Taliesin provides accommodation, an office and an architectural workshop for apprentices.
