  The Michelin Guide's review
Erected between 1749 and 1752, this edifice is the oldest church on Montreal Island. The stone façade (1850, John Ostell), flanked by two tall towers, was inspired by the church of Sainte-Geneviève de Pierrefonds (north of Montreal). The highly ornate interior is representative of the Quévillon School.
