Museum
  The Michelin Guide's review
This fascinating museum tells the story of polar conquest through the Fram ship which was specially built for the explorer, Fridtjof Nansen (1861-1930). The exhibition features displays on expeditions and the daily lives of their teams. Younger visitors will be able to track down reindeer, ride a sleigh, and discover the Gjøa, a herring fishing boat that enabled Roald Amundsen to sail through the Northwest Passage (1903-1906). The most scenic attraction is the Northern Lights show.
