The Michelin Guide's review
The church is all that remains of Naantali Convent, founded in the mid-15C for the Order of St Birgitta and disbanded during the Reformation (16C). Now a Lutheran church, it is home to a fine Renaissance pulpit and serves as a venue for concerts held as part of the music festival organised in the town every June.
