This guided tour around the former studio of the most talented animated film-maker is an enchanting experience. The work of Miyazaki Hayao includes Princess Mononoke (1997), Spirited Away (2001), Howl's Moving Castle (2004) and Ponyo (2008). After successfully bringing his manga comic Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind (1984) to the big screen, he founded the Studio Ghibli, named after an Italian term for the warm wind blowing from the Sahara.
