  The Michelin Guide's review
The Bay of Kotor forms the deepest fjord in the Mediterranean: 350m wide, it is framed by the last steep and deep-plunging summits of the Dinaric Alps. This region with a delightful climate bears the marks of a long Venetian presence. The bay, also known as the Boka, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and has a wealth of bays and straits, over which enchanting medieval cities preside, such as Kotor, Perast and Risan.
