Arranged to correspond to 18C Baroque tastes, the church remains a 13C Gothic construction. The chancel with reticulated vaulting was built in 1483. To its left, the former Baroque altar painting is by Adrian Bloemart (1609-1666), while in the centre is the work, Holy Helpers, a Gothic sculpture produced c 1520. Also note the splendid organ case by Leonhard Freundt.
