Proudly standing on Roden Place, the huge late 19C Gothic Revival St Patrick's Cathedral reveals an ornate interior adorned with richly coloured glass mosaics. On the other side of the square, the Neoclassical structure of the Court House cannot be missed with its Doric columns. The County Museum, housed in a former distillery, charts the history of human activity in the County of Louth, from Neolithic times to the present day.
