Cockburnspath Church

 Religious monument
  The Michelin Guide's review
The church has a simple layout but, at the west end, stands an unusual round tower dating from before the Reformation. The higher parts date from the 19C. Note the angular buttresses, one with a sundial, the flagstone covering Arnott's sepulchre (far east end) and the laird's gallery inside.
