The wonderful collection of farm equipment, pioneers' artefacts and the late-19C village complete with church, log cabins, a school and costumed extras is best discovered in late July during the Manitoba Threshermen's Reunion and Stampede parade. The festival features threshing and sheaf-tying contests, a stampede, square dancing, a fiddling competition, horse rides for children and steam-engine races. Handmade cooked goods also on sale.
