  The Michelin Guide's review
The Museum of Lower Saxony houses an anthropology section which includes objects from excavation sites in the region and from all five continents, a natural history section with an aquarium, and a Fine Arts section with a collection of German paintings and sculptures from the Middle Ages to the 20C. The Italian Schools of the 14C to 18C are also well represented, as are the Flemish and Dutch Schools of the 17C.
