Just above Zell am See and at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe mountain, partner Florian Zillner and Hannah Hagn run this restaurant in the small Boutique Hotel Martha. Together with his kitchen team, the chef conjures up seasonal cuisine with a modern Alpine slant. This is served as a four-, six- or eight-course set menu dubbed "Refined. Innovative" (also available à la carte) or in the form of traditional dishes – don't miss the delicious Topfenschmarrn. Some of the vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown in their own garden. The interior has an appealing rustic charm and the front-of-house team overseen by the lady of the house is warm and friendly. In addition to good wines, there are refreshing house-made soft drinks. Overnight guests can expect cosy guestrooms and a gorgeous natural pool.
